Who We Are
Justin Kline
Founder & CEO
Following his sister suffering a traumatic brain injury in a motor vehicle accident, Justin spent 18 years working as a behaviour and rehab specialist with the traumatic brain injury population, as well as with individuals with mental health and dual diagnosis.
Justin stepped into the business realm in 2017 opening Anchor Rehabilitation Support Services Inc. (currently an 8 figure company and growing www.anchorrss.com) that serves the TBI, mental health, developmental and dual diagnosis populations respectively.
In 2020 Justin furthered his passion for healthcare technology and began building Community Care Connection (C3) to help serve a variety of allied healthcare providers and their practices.
Goran Löchert
Co-Founder/Engineer
Goran has been a software developer for over 14 years (12 commercially), creating Desktop, Web, and Mobile applications during this time Goran became fully certified Java Developer (Java Oracle Certificate Associate programmer Java SE 8) Java, JPA, Java Enterprise Edition, Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, Gradle, and JavaFX. Goran is a Unity Certified Expert Programmer.
Lastly, Goran is an official developer contributor for LibGDX (a very popular game framework) and has extensive experience working with frameworks and editors such as but not limited to AndEngine, Unity, and Unreal engine.
